ERBIUM: YAG Laser Page

The CB Erbium/2.94 Laser produces a unique skin-smoothing and wrinkle-removing effect with minimal pain and rapid healing. For the practitioner, the laser is precise, controllable and so predictable that any risks of scarring are minimal. Its wavelength is more efficiently absorbed, which results in less heat buildup. Compared to Carbon Dioxide Laser Resurfacing, it is less painful, has fewer side effects, and heals faster. As a result, this procedure is ideal for delicate skin, such as the hands and neck and fine lines and wrinkles on the face and eyes. It is also effective for treating acne scarring due to its absorption by the skin's collagen.
