Heather McKenzie is GVLC’s Practice Administrator. She graduated from Nazareth College with a B.A. in English. Ms. McKenzie recruits and supervises GVLC staff, oversees payroll, supervises billing, scheduling and handles all patient concerns. Her responsibilities include marketing the practice. She designs the quarterly newsletter, print ads and all marketing collateral.

Karen Arcara, R.N., is GVLC's Nursing Supervisor. She is also a Clinical Laser Specialist. She received her A.A.S. in Nursing from Monroe Community College in 1993 and her diploma from the Medical Assistant Program of the Bryant and Stratton Business Institute in 1974. She oversees GVLC's nursing staff and scheduling.

Ms. Arcara has made several professional presentations on laser safety, wound care, and the nursing role in the treatment of side effects. Her experience includes patient care at local hospitals.

Jennifer Arsenault is the Esthetician at the Genesee Valley Esthetic Centre. She is a 2000 graduate of Shear Ego International. Licensed in the state of New York, Jennifer practices esthetics, which includes skin care maintenance, make-up application, waxing services, and facials and facial massage. Jennifer is certified in the usage of a variety of skin care products and is also trained in various massage techniques.
